The appointment of the current positions are needed: -Culture: -Economics (if the republic chooses to have one): -Foreign Minister (if the republic chooses to have one): -Republican Judge: -Minister of Entertainment:
Upon the establishment of a War Tribune, he will be needed to appoint: -Head of Civil Directorate (if he chooses to have one): -Head of Military Directorate: -External Intelligence Operative (if he chooses to have one):
Along with these appointments, more ministries and positions can be created at anytime. However, the creation of a Ministry requires Parliament vote.

I think we would only need a judge should a criminal case be brought forward. Perhaps we could start working with the other GC nations on legal cooperation. Maybe hire a judge from another GC nation (that way the judge would be more neutral too).

no.... we should go with our own judge... we needn't put interior affairs into the hands of the some foreigner..

I don't really see anyone in Karnali that could be fit to be a neutral party in any case, as we're a close-knit community.
It's not putting interior affairs under foreigners, but more making sure that Karnali laws are followed.

That could work, but if there is disagreement between the two?

well this is a very interesting topic. Initially I was like extreme thinking that it wouldn't be good but you are also right ric, we are much too close. It would be a very nice and I think necessary thing for the commonwealth to create some sort of judiciary, not everything can be done in the MiD. Perhaps if we talk through this idea more fully we could create some legislation to bring before the Commonwealth about this issue?

well..i was thinking that the case be first heard with a karnalian judge... if the loser of that court hearing feels that it was not treated fairly, then they can ask for a reappeal.. in this case, we shall invite one of the Commonwealths to be the judge..
since the GC does not have a judiciary since it was decided that this should be at the national level, we can say that the Shahan-Ri will be the judge... in the cases that the shahan-ri happens to be a karnalian, then we can have the taiosech the judge..

A Karnalian will never be the Shahan-Ri . I have mentioned before that perhaps we should set up a court in the GC like the Privy Council was formerly to Australia... it was a British Court but all Australian courts had the final right of appeal to it. That was, nations keep their systems but any nation can appeal to the Council. The council would be made up of say 5 judges, with 3 randomly selected and not being of the nation which the case is heard.
