Hello,
I was reading an article about the archeological finding of Dwaraka (some material was dated c. 1600BC). Dwaraka was one of the important locations in the Mahabharata and until recently was believed to be fictional. One of the things archeologists found were "seals" (mudras), they found many such "seals" usually with some picture and some text.
In the Mahabharata it is said that all citizens would have to have such a seal, as a proof of citizenship (this was specifically when Dwaraka was at risk of being attacked by King Jarasandha).
It seems like a better idea than our older passport idea, since there is nothing to be done with a passport. A seal on the other hand, can be displayed quite nicely., even as an avatara. In general the seal should contain a relatively mythological image, complemented by a short mantra-like phrase (in Sanskrit and English).
It is also easier to make than an entire passport. There should of course be an application process,
NAQ.

interesting idea....
wait.. this should be in the culture... i'll move it after the upgrade is completed.. (that will give enough time for all to know that it is being moved)
further, yeah it would be great to have something like this.. only problem is drawing that mythological thing and the quote underneath for everybody... instead, we could have a seal for citizens, non-citizens, tribunes, other important places.. and simply tell people what they must put in their avatar!

Sounds good to me... Are there any examples for such 'seals' we can see?

oh oh.. perhaps, the padma can be converted into what looks like a seal!

We should be getting a wider selection if we intend to have seals associated with each and every one of us, I believe...

since the idea of seal is mainly so show our citizenship, we needn't worry about having a wide selection... now that i think about it, we need for: - Citizens
- Ministers
- Tribunes
- Visitors/Foreigners
- Threats

I must say I am not too fond of that particular format. Any other suggestions?
Perhaps Nepthys has an idea as well?

But most of us already have seals - avatars :-)
If we just modify them to conform to some certain standard, for example, they must include something Karnaliish...

yes.... but these "seals" would have to be approved by the Ministry.
