I am King Oscar of New Oscland and I am just introducing myself. We have 50 registered citizens, 46 active citizens and 8 allies. Our website is: www.mmgland.co.uk. It would be good if New Oscland and Karnali could be allies or neutral. Best Regards King Oscar

Welcome King Oscar of New Oscland. Republic of Karnali is a part of Grand Commonwealth. And hence, all our foreig contacts are done via there. And as such, a few policies apply before we can start with the treaty signing and all. In particular, we wait for 3 months before doing so. This is just because in the past, many nations were born on an idea and moment, but died soon after due to lack of interest. Thus, we now wait for 3 months. Surviving 3 months tells us that your nation has potential and it would not die quickly. I hope you understand our position. Nonetheless, we welcome you to Karnali. Here, have a free icecream. Us karnalians are renowned for our icecreams. Mostly because we are the best and only suppliers in the micronational world.

one of our citizens has the font on her computer and then made it an image and put it in. That is all it is, an image. Also, it the language is sanskrit which is our Karnali's official language.

yeah.... well. i believe there are two "looks" of it.. the poorer quality is mine. i simply used a program to print out the words i wanted (i know a little bit of sanskrit).. .and then copy-pasted that into Paint to make it an image file.
