Tribunal Powers of Immigration (Revisement)

I move that the Tribunal Powers of Immigration legislation be revised to look as follows:

Whereas, currently it takes two Tribune leaders to grant citizenship to the Republic of Karnali, and
Whereas, waiting for both grants hamper the interest of citizenry applicants, and
Whereas, times of inactivity make it difficult for inductions to take place, and
Whereas, citizens are the foundation for success of our nation.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REPUBLICAN PARLIAMENT HERE ASSEMBLED THAT THE GRANTING OF CITIZENSHIP BY ONE OF THE THREE TRIBUNALS IS SUFFICIENT FOR INDUCTION AS A CITIZEN; WHILE THE REMAINING TWO TRIBUNALS HAVE THE RIGHT TO USE A VETO IF OPPOSED, WHICH AS A RESULT WOULD VOID THE GRANTING OF THE FIRST TRIBUNE; FURTHERMORE IF THE REMAINING TRIBUNE OPPOSES THE VETO HE/SHE MAY COUNTER-VETO TO LEAVE THE GRANTING IN TACT; FURTHERMORE, ARTICLE I OF THE CITIZENSHIP STATUTE BE REPLACED BY THIS NEW POLICY, YET LEAVING ARTICLES II AND III IN PLACE.

I know this is a slight change but I didn't want to have conflicting legislation because that would not be good in the future if anything occured so yeah.

These two articles also apply as the previous post replaces the original article one.

Article 2
If the KIA feels the citizen application may be a foreign infiltrate or a security threat, any member of the Agency may give his reasons to the Republican Judge who shall then at his discretion suspend the citizenship approval until further investigation.

Article 3
Citizens who have never been active in the Republic shall have their citizenship removed after a period of 2 months.

I think there's a better way for article 3.. we could send emails to all the citizens.. telling them about what's happening in the Republic.. sooner or later they are going to get bugged, and they will respond by coming here!

nah, I think if they have NEVER been active then they should be removed, this legislation says nothing about citizens that were active and became inactive. We know atleast those citizens would have a chance of returning unlike those that never did participate.

well... there are always people who are active initially when they register to be citizens.. after that, over a month or so they leave (without telling) and are gone.. but there's a chance they could return..

oh well, this is passed legislation, stop debating what is already in the law. Also, you have no permission to moderate this forum, so a locked item is to stay locked. That is the reason for it. This post was SUPPOSED to be a preservation of law, instead of a thread full of useless arguing over something that is already in place.
