cause citizenship is the responsibility of the Triumvirate. Also, why create a new ministry when there is no one to fill it, not enough activity in the field to deem it necessary or responsibility of the position. Instead of creating a ministry and having no one to fill it we should fill our current ones.

you could post the current legislation..... you have changed it quite a few times..
and uh... the way they can help is that they can say that "yes, this person meets all the criteria." or "no, this person does not meet all the criteria"..

Adds security as well as a sense of unity through nationalism. The current limitations are already in place, I just propose we widen the limit a bit when it comes to the Grand Commonwealth, so the limit has always been around.
