I propose that we put to effect, a new Constitution making us a parliamentary monarchy. New Proposed Constitution can be seen here. Basically, it abolishes the triumvirate system and puts a monarch as the head. the rest stays the same. Here's the jist of it: Parliament consists of every citizen in Karnali. They are free to discuss any issues that may arise in the parliament. They can introduce any proposals for new laws etc. Once the discussion period on the issue is over, it is put to vote. Everyone gets to vote (except the King). Once the voting is done, results are tallied. If the support for the proposal is more than the nay-sayers, then it is passed (otherwise failed). When it passes, it is sent to the King for his assent. Once the King assents, the issue becomes a law (or whatever the case be). Have a read... and let's discuss it more.

Yes. I figure that any other system isn't good for micronations, as its a lot more time consuming and generally makes people bored a bit.

I vote nay.
There is nothing a hate more in micronations than parliamentary monarchies. Such a vote would shake the very foundation karnali was formed upon as an original interpretation of a working democracy. Any king, especially assuming that it would be extreme, would very soon be nothing other than a one man administration that would be void of possible democratic means to dethrone him. Plus the whole passing kingship down from the king to his heir defeats the point of micronations and that is political progression through an established system.

This legislation passes with a vote of 3-1-0. And if airim9x's vote is valid within the 72 hour time frame, it shall still pass as it is 3-2-0.
