Seeing as the current forum names and positions do not match the new Constitution, I suggest that we undergo another board rearrangements. To that end, I suggest the following manner: - General
- General Forum
- Off-topic forum
- Firing Range
- Government
- Republican Parliament
- Republican Court
- Royal Palace
- External Contacts
- Political Parties
- Economic Affairs
- Ministry of Economics
- Private Organizations
- Sports & Entertainment
- Karnalian Sports and Entertainment
- Sports Management
- Cultural Affairs
- Ministry of Culture
- National Archives
- Sacred Grounds
- Efi Temple
- Extremism
- Noi'litem Shrine
We can then re-define the purpose of some of the forums as needed.

Some queries and suggestions:
1) I suggest that the 'Royal Palace' board should be at the top of the Government category.
2) What is the difference between the two boards under sports&entertainment? What would they each contain?

1. Agreed. The Royal Palace should be at the top of the Government category.
2. The idea was that different types of sports organizations and tournaments or whatnot would get their own individual forum. But considering that we can have sub-forums, I guess we can instead just have them as sub-forums. Perhaps, we can remove the Sports & Entertainment category and move the main forum in there (Karnalian Sports & Entertainment) to the cultural category.
3. I'll take this opportunity to clear out the purpose of External Contacts forum. It will be used as a place where we can discuss what is going on at the GC boards, as well as in other micronations. It wont be the foreign ministry, as that is handled by the GC. However, it does not hurt to have discussions take place about what is going on in the outside world.

Just to clarify,
Although the GC conducts our foreign policy, can we not alos have our separate links/ correspondence with other countries? Soem of them may wish to visit us exclusively instead of the whole GC? Perhaps we should allow for such instances?

I am sure such instances are allowed. Its just that treaties and the likes need to go through the GC channel. But correspondence, visits etc with other nations on a member-level is definately allowed.
