Secession from the Grand Commonwealth Act of 2007
Be it enacted by the Republican Parliament of the Republic of Karnali:-

Section One: Citation
(1.1) Upon passage, this act may be cited as the "Secession from the Grand Commonwealth Act of 2007"

Section 2: Secession
(2.1) The Republic of Karnali, being a sovereign nation, chose to void their membership in the Grand Commonwealth, in accordance with Article XII of the Charter of the Grand Commonwealth.

Section 3: Action
(3.1) Upon passage of this Act, His Majesty of Karnali shall inform the Grand Commonwealth that the Republic of Karnali seeks secession from the Commonwealth, and the delegates shall move an immediate urgent motion in the Majlis-i-Dharma for the Republic of Karnali withdrawal.
(3.2) Should such a motion fail, the delegates shall keep putting forward the motion until such a time as it passes, and make the operation of the Majlis-i-dharma near impossible through the blocking of motions and votes.

Section 4: Sovereignty
(4.1) After secession, the Republic of Karnali shall remain as is today, operating under the New Constituion, the supreme law of the land.
(4.2) All territories, properties and citizens of the Republic of Karnali shall be returned to the nation upon its secession, and all Commonwealth property within Karnalian territory seized.
